Pengaruh Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Di Puskesmas Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Simpang Tiga Kabupaten Pidie

Quality and professional nursing care services are targets to be achieved to improve the quality of the Puskesmas. This can be achieved through good employee performance. Performance is the result of work that is achieved in quality and quantity by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Self-performance in work depends on a combination of abilities and a supportive work climate. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of motivation on the performance of nurses at the Simpang Tiga Health Center, Pidie Regency. This research is analytic with cross sectional design. Respondents in this study were all nurses at the Simpang Tiga Health Center which amounted to 32 people and the sample in this study amounted to 32 people (Total Population). The study was conducted on August 9-15, 2016 with the results of the study obtained that from 32 respondents it was found that the motivation of the majority of nurses was high (68.8%), the performance of the majority of nurses was good (65.6%). Bivariate research results found that there is a significant effect between motivation on nurse performance (p value = 0.001). It is hoped that the leadership will be able to maintain motivation for nurses, so that nurses always have high performance, namely by providing incentives or bonuses to nurses who have good performance.
